The Chemung County Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program (CAP)
 
The Chemung County Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program (CAP) is a coalition of area organizations dedicated to reducing teen pregnancy in our community.
 
The CAP program is an abstinence-based program which conducts programs on various teen issues for:
 
High school and middle school students.
Parent and teacher gatherings.
Groups and agencies outside of schools.
 
The CAP Program also provides referrals to free clinic services for teens residing in Elmira, and co-sponsors the Chemung County Youth Bureau's Teen Cafe Program. For more information or to request a presentation at your school or organization contact:
